Through systematic quality planning at the quotation and pre-production stages, a programme of prevention, as opposed to detection, is initiated.  

Quality Planning ensures that we design quality into each product by using team evaluation form requirements prior to building the tooling.  Such issues as potential problem areas, (FMEA'), production methods, testing requirements, control characteristics, through to the packaging and shipping requirements are part of this quality planning process.
